I have been getting more and more requests to do more postings on real estate development rather than just exclusively cover entrepreneurship, StartupAddict.com and web 2.0 properties and concepts. I decided to satisfy the dual need of web 2.0 and real estate by doing two postings at a time — one dedicated to web related entrepreneurship and one to real estate endeavors.
